Our Mission
To fulfill the 30 YEARS AFTER mantra of promoting the
participation and leadership of Iranian-American Jews
in American civic, political and Jewish life, the Health
Care Division intends to pursue these three goals:
1. Mentor up-and-coming health professionals who are both
at the high school and collegiate level. Health professionals
are not limited to physicians, dentists, nurses, etc.
but should include students that are interested in becoming
lawyers, nutritionists, environmentalists, etc. and are
passionate for advocating for the well-being of their
community.
2. Educate and empower professionals and non-professionals
in the Iranian-American Jewish community about Health
promotion and disease prevention, whether that may be
at the political or social level.
3. Provide a network through which professionals can increase
their durability and connections among their peers and
educators. More so, it is an opportunity for professionals
to establish themselves within their respective communities
(both small and large).
