for a very special reception with Karnit Goldwasser.
Karnit is the widow of IDF soldier Udi Goldwasser
whose abduction by Hezbollah led to the Second Lebanon
War. Since Udi's capture Karnit worked tirelessly
for his release and now continues to work for the
release of Gilad Schalit.

Years After will host a presidential election forum
at 7pm at The Luxe Hotel in Brentwood. A distinguished
panel will discuss the presidential election and
its implications for the Jewish and Iranian-Jewish
community. Panelists include: Congressman Howard
Berman, Retired Federal Judge Bruce J. Einhorn,
Republican Jewish Coalition CA Director Larry Greenfield,
and Iranian-Jewish Activist Frank Nikbakht.
